Marketing Manager VBS (Vodafone business services/Enterprise services)

- Achievement of Revenue as per DB, including order booking target, achieve acquisition net of churn as per DB

- Circle Partnership Framework implementation tracking & measurement.

- Reporting the achievements in the format prescribed by Corp.

- Successfully run programs mandated by VBS Marketing within the circle, including marketing campaigns, new product focus, product promotions, incentive programs related to VBS products and services.

- Drive process excellence implementing marketing programs

- Drive new and focus product revenue streams & achieve revenue target for all new and focus products specified for the year by corporate VBS marketing team

BASE MANAGEMENT and U & R

- KBI tracking - accurate and timeline performance analysis of Business KBI's

- Achieve ARPU,RPMB & RPM targets as per Budget

- Drive Mobile Data and other services- penetrations as %age of base

- Churn Prediction Model usage and delivery to Service teams - COCP & IOIP

- Publishing Campaign trackers as required by Corp

- Effective channel management and adoption - new digital channels vis a vis intrusive channels like telecalling etc

- Campaign management driving conversions from web,email, inbound & outbound call center campaigns

- Achievement of the target set for U&R. Monitoring and Measurement of U&R activities across IOIP and COCP, publish monthly results of VBS U&R activity within the circle.

- Driving Blackberry programs, Blackberry mitigation programs and other device programs

- Drive NPS

- Drive RED4Business target

PROCESS MANAGEMENT

- Provide Account teams with relevant information - pitch presentations, brochures, commercial information and training across all products

- Lead Management across all media and measurement

- Drive adoption & usage of COMET, SFDC & other new business enablement tools

- SIP Governance and Analysis including regular (quarterly) publishing of dashboard

- Manage corporate programs like circle combat, strike force

- Pipeline review- segment wise

- Review ESS adoption (Login\Registrations)

- Drive BPEX across Segments
