Manager - Direct Channels
Role purpose :
- Driving profitable postpaid acquisitions across circles through quality & extraction focus. Closely work with circles towards improving quality of acquisition & increasing acquisition revenue.
- Driving efficient & profitable distribution through appropriate infrastructure dimensioning, SAC strategy & channel mix basis available potential indicators & industry benchmarking.
- Ensure channel health through appropriate channel partner profiling, infrastructure-investment norms & governance systems
- Prescribe & operationalize standardized processes designed to augment extraction & boost productivity
- Drive Cross functional synergies to maximize output from the Super CC channel
- Highlight training needs & provide inputs to content development teams as subject matter expert. Ensure training calendars are developed & deployed by circles through circle connects & random audits
- Drive the right tariff mix in line with organizational objectives
- Drive critical initiatives like Red in the direct channels by creating sharp selling stories & evolving robust GTM strategies
- Develop & deploy appropriate channel R&R programs designed to engage channels & boost productivity. Drive agent level focus & segmentation
- Create national best practices through identification, customization & scale up of relevant circle initiatives

Key Skills/Experience Required :
Postgraduate with 6-7 years of experience, minimum 3-4 years as a front line or a second line manager. Sales experience handling postpaid channels, leading teams. A marketing background with understanding of key backend systems & business reporting is an added advantage.
