- Creating and executing media plans for fan growth and retention on Facebook
- Post campaign analysis & optimization of Media Plan if any
- Tracking new ad formats available on Facebook and using it for fan acquisition, social campaigns, and fan engagement
- Strategy to develop Vodafone Brand on Social Networking Sites especially to target youth.
- Strategy to use Web2.0 social networking sites as platform to promote brand.
- Launching Vodafone on social networks, launching & managing circle specific pages in the appropriate media
- Appropriate use of Zoozoo's on Social Networking sites to increase the brand recall through viral effect.
- Strategy & execution of Viral Marketing thru developing apps on SNS.
- Design, develop & host brand, products & services related applications on SNS
- Managing brand health for Vodafone India on Social Media
- Maintaining a steady volume of conversations about the brand on social media, with a spike during campaigns
- Online reputation management: working with Customer Service to effectively manage grievances online
- Using social media as a tool for brand insights
