Vodafone - Logistics Management - Devices Business

Role purpose: Manage Supply Chain Planning, Import and Domestic Logistics, Project Manage Product Development & testing, Product After Sales Service and marketing/ commercial operations for Devices business of Vodafone.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

- Optimum and always stock availability of required Devices across circles.

- Minimise costs and lead time in device procurements

- Ensure committed TATs and performance on After sales service SLA's agreed with Vendors

- Project Manage- new product development and testing

- Commercial operations and reporting for Devices business

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

- SCM functional knowledge

- Communication & Negotiation

- Good understanding of Customs & VAT

- Supplier Management

- Project Management

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

- MBA preferred

- Operations management

Key performance indicators:

- Fulfilment rate vs. Forecast

- Controlling product development and testing as per project plan

- Costs savings in operations
