Role - Head - CVM Planning & Insights
Function / Department - Marketing
Location - Mumbai Corporate
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- Drive CVM strategy to achieve the objectives of leading the industry in ARPU, Churn control, Increase UL net additions resulting in the financial objective of incremental budgeted revenue
- Achieve Customer Paying Revenue (CPR) target thru
- Unlimited Net Addition / Base Penetration
- Increasing RES customers
- Support in seamless execution of CVM campaigns to achieve business objectives
- Evaluation of campaign performance, to help in decision making for broad basing the pilots to test business hypothesis
- Validation of KPI's to ensure automation of new capabilities through CVM Platform (Pelatro) and inputs for enhancement
- Ensure BI data validation, data sanity check & governance
- Co-partnering Big Data/analytics team to deliver revenue target
- Target delivery of Big Data Models on Prepaid Revenue agreed with Big Data team
- Drive Digital Adoption through MAU on APP and Digital Recharge contribution
The CVM head is responsible to drive deeper customer engagement on product and services through consumer insights & analytics based approach
- Providing superior Customer experience - thru google surveys, tele-calling, market insights etc & help in enhancing customer journey & product offerings
- Creating end to end journey/campaigns for all new partnership alliances to drive content recharges as per agreed target
- Develop /mentor teams and strong communication to ensure sense of belonging and alignment to organizational objectives
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

- Work well in complex and ambiguous situations
- Excellent influencing and people management skills.
Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications
- MBA. Telecom experience preferred.
- Business management experience with focus on product management & product marketing
Domain: Product management / pricing /CVM role in Telecom
Understanding of consumer and markets
