Vodafone Idea - Territory Sales Manager
Job Purpose :
- To manage and drive sales through distribution in order to attain market leadership in the given territory, through growth in net sales and revenues.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities :
- Achievement of key targets in the distribution network (Sales, Revenue) in the Territory and Quality Acquisitions.
- Achievement of distribution expansion foot print targets.
- Trade connect & relationship
- Ensure availability of stock at retail while adhering to the norms
- Execute promotional activities for channel partners to drive sales and build market credibility
- Tracking outlet wise performance & leading counter share.
- Benchmarking competition and ensure mark to market performance.
- Regular market working as per norms and ensuring team & distributor performance
- Monitoring of distributors- sales force and retailers
- Resolution of channel-specific issues within timelines.
- Demonstrate organisation Way of working as per the norms defined from time to time.
