Job Purpose :
- Responsible for revenues from Music Movies and devotional vertical; drive the agenda of Digitization of VAS and Integration of both the brands to gain cost efficiencies.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities :
- Conceptualize and define new products to meet overall roadmap for the VAS business specifically Music, movies and devotional vertical.
- Steering the development of digital platform (Callertune APP, Progressive Web App), features, and solutions that power all elements of the customer experience on web and mobile.
- Using knowledge of market segments and customer preferences, identifying platform features gaps to drive the roadmap.
- Owns the go-to- market strategy to launch new features and drive customer engagement by working closely with Digital Org, Add network partners.
- Cross functional relationships with product, technology, marketing, design, operations and analytics teams to bring features and solutions to market, and grow business opportunities. Work closely with agile teams partners, UX/UI Designer, marketer, data analyst and content strategist.
- Lead the development and ongoing optimization of channel strategies including Email marketing, SMS, In-APP engagement, Mobile marketing to increase customer engagement and LTV. Deliver on the digitization agenda of VAS by using existing platforms and building a common channel for discovery of all VAS services.
- Own the digital platform and work on it focused on defining, iterating and solving customers problems. Obsess about better customer experience and perfect consumer journeys.
- Coordinating with Music labels and ensure best content offering within the app from the day1- to existing and new users.
- Deep understanding on Firebase, GA Analytics, Google Play Stats, One Signal etc. to capitalize consumer behavior for CT app.
- Work with partners to launch new consumer facing propositions
- Usage and Retention: Planning and execution of effective UNR campaigns in order to ensure revenue growth and better usage of products
- Directly responsible for revenue targets for products under Music Movies and devotional genre
- Work with circle marketing heads to deliver overall revenue target for the products as well as circles one is responsible for.
- Managing cross functional internal teams and partners for new product launches and providing regular updates on existing products.
- Regular tracking of product performance on various parameters.
- Analysis and Implementing best practices for subscriber base management/content which work across circles.
- Acquisition: Acquire new subscribers through various traditional channels like OBD, IBD, Flash, USSD and SMS
- Decision Support: Products level analytics to support specific propositions with Finance to close business cases
- Customer Experience: Customer journeys to ensure seamless, relevant, contextual surfacing and fulfilment of propositions across multiple modes - Flash, OBD, IBD, USSD, SMS, and APP etc.
- Consumer Insights: Co-ordinate with internal and external Market Research teams for insight specific to products pre-launch and post launch.
- Drive Integration of both the brands in order to ensure cost efficiencies in the system.
