Role purpose:
- Should be Proficient in leading a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for the company.
- Develop new business opportunities through Sell-through, Sell To & Sell with by mapping partners & end customers.
- Use Business acumen with the ability to maintain and expand relationships with strategically important large customers, achieving sales quota and assigning strategic account objectives
- Demonstrated excellence in developing new business and new client relationships by developing go-to-market solutions and preparing marketing collaterals
- Experienced in increasing sales revenues ( new opportunities & accounts), developing profitable as well as productive business relationships, building an extensive client base; capable of accomplishing multi-fold revenue increase.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience :
- 8-10+ years of experience in Business development &. Managing multinational customers within India & across the globe
- Develop Business in assigned accounts & create new opportunities for sustainable Future growth.
- Confidently represent the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers and ensuring assigned customers- needs and expectations are met by the company
Desired Competencies/ Skills
- A result-oriented sales professional with qualifications MBA (Marketing & sales ) with total work experience of 8-10 years
- Highly skilled in Business Development, New account development and Relationship Management.
- Good Knowledge of Products & Competitive trends & overall understanding of telecom market.
- Excellent knowledge of fixed-line products is a must
- Specialist in developing relationship and trust with key customer
- Managed large enterprise segment for business development in India.
- Demonstrated the ability to take proactive initiatives and strong teamwork ensuring sustainable business growth
