Role : IoT Specialist Service Lead Job Purpose : - The lead of In-life operations would be responsible for setting the strategic direction and managing the technical and tactical execution of VIBSL's customer deployment initiatives, technical customer services, and ongoing maintenance and support activities. - As a lead, you will help design and build VIBSL's operational capabilities required to provide a technology-enabled services business. You will lead and manage the customer and solution lifecycle including customer engagement, service design, fulfilment, service activation, installed base management, and ongoing customer and technical support covering our all the Product and Bespoke propositions. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities : - Deliver a Differential & Personalized - High Touch, Virtual & Digitally aided CX based on account categorization - Sharper Field Service Management (HT) - Revenue Enhancement - Drive specific campaigns - Focused CX - NPS, RNPS improvements via CFTs - Competition In-sighting & Retention - Analytics & Churn reduction initiatives - Coordinate analytic, strategic and technical resources to meet client expectations and insure satisfaction. Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience : - 12+ years of experience in leading a Service Management team with exposure to managing the service architecture for IOT Customers. - Experience in managing CS partner management for a reputed organization - Experience in managing customer facing roles with a proven track record in meeting service levels and NPS targets - Prior experience in B2B or Telecom B2B & Ability to deliver in a dynamic, high- growth, high-uncertainty environment. - Ability to manage C- level engagement Must have technical / professional qualifications : - Strong Understanding of M2M, IoT and cellular technologies i.e. IOT Sensors, Platform, Packet Core (PACO) Network, GSM, and other serving nodes. - Knowledge across various domains in IoT space including Oil N Gas, Fleet Management, IIOT etc - Experience with Tableau and similar platforms - Previous experience building a services business leveraging new technologies including mobile applications, cloud/SaaS, and wired/wireless networks - Good knowledge in data sciences and data analytics and utilization of Machine learning algorithms in IoT space - Possess Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
