Role - General Manager - Talent & Capability
Location - Ahmedabad/ Kolkata
Key Result Areas :
Talent Management : Talent Connect and Talent Density:
- Ensuring deployment of National Talent Framework for M3s talent pool - includes Talent Dossiers, IDP discussions and reviews along with the supervisor basis 70-20-10 principle, end to end coordination for KYT process.
- Ensuring deployment of Cluster Talent Framework for all M3s and Valued M2 and M1 people - includes IDPs for all M3s at cluster level and also IDP governance for "valued M2 and M1" at cluster level.
- Work along with HRBP and ensure 20% of Talent pool moves into next role and maintain attrition level at less than 10% for Top Talent.
Capability Building : Culture of Learning for Development and Performance
- Focus on online digital learning programs across levels - GVC, My Learning & VIL Learning App. 100% coverage of all employees on digital platforms. Ensures 100% coverage of mandatory courses.
- Drive capability building programs - based on V! Competencies and organizational needs - cover at least 60% of employees through various VILT/ILT as per cluster and corporate capability charter
- Contribute actively towards National Learning Content Creation through Project teams.
- Showcase the effectiveness for Signature Training programs and Flagship programs.
Diversity & Inclusion :
- Successful implementation of interventions at fostering awareness of unconscious bias and stereotypes (as per national programs and approved local initiatives)
- Women Attrition <12%
Engagement :
- Drive annual gamified program for employees called Pride at Cluster for both the clusters and ensure teams are recognized on quarterly basis
- Ensures regular Town-halls with R&R
- Ensure 80% plus participation in various esat surveys - includes survey action planning
- Drive cluster priority of CXX Customer Experience Excellence
- 100% coverage CXX workshops and Online courses ( on GVC )
- 100% VH driving critical CFT projects in CXX which has participation of 75% of Top Talent in M1 and M2
- Celebrate Cluster CXX champions/heroes involving FHs/VHs
- EXX - Quarterly engagement calendar based on cluster priorities around - Connect, Communicate, Celebrate and Care
- Quarterly VOE/Survey to measure efficacy and effectiveness of such engagements
