Job Purpose :
To identify and deploy best practices in HR, create robust HR processes, consistently maintain HR systems and execution of smooth processes, partnering with all the functions to ensure internal customers satisfaction.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities:
- Drive the Rewards & Recognition program at the Cluster (National/Local)
- Budgeting and Cost (FTE & NON -FTE)
- SIP monitoring & governance
- End to end VIMSL management (Hiring to Retiring)
- Compliance management
- Manage and govern the Associate lifecycle through the agency implant
- Deploy all Rewards and benefits for employees communicated by Corporate Rewards
- Employee education on policies /benefits etc.
