- Ensure efficiency of deliverables through capable vendor performance management & define TATs of all the services provided based on defined SLA's.
- Deliver enhanced employee work environment at zone, branch & Vodafone retail stores through efficient FM.
- Compliance to governance, DOA & shops and establishments for the property portfolio across the circle.
- Assist Property and FM head in effectively managing infrastructure projects (new space, repairs and renovation) pertaining to zone & branch.
- Budgetary and financial controls
- Implement changes based on audit & surveys to enhance service.
- Monitor travel partners to ensure high level of service - airlines, car, hotels etc.
- Ensure consistent caf- services with food having variety, quality, and hygiene. Auditing premises of the vendors supplying food.
- Implementation of suggestions & observations generated from surveys and audits.
- Drive the HSW agenda across zones and branches.
- Implement the security policy throughout the managed locations.
- Review of Zone/Branch level MIS reports, records, statutory compliance and other property related documents in safe custody.
- Extend Admin support to various business units for events, activities as and when required.
1. Efficient and effective periodic meetings with vendors to discuss their performance v/s SLAs defined for zone & branch offices & Vodafone retail stores.
- To stay abreast with all Health Safety and Wellbeing policies and procedures rolled out from time to time from Corporate HSW, ensure compliance, report any non-compliance and actively participate in all HSW related campaigns and activities.
- Ensure that the policies & procedures are communicated to all employees/associates, vendors & partners associated with the circle, zone & branch service delivery.
- Monitor & oversee the operation as well as performance of security vendors - Physical & Electronic to ensure delivery on agreed SLA along with TAT.
- Manage the security agency and get reports on status of incoming, outgoing & returnable material at all at all premises in the circle property portfolio.
- Ensure that across the circle property portfolio, all standard operating procedures and the one defined from time to time are followed and implemented for electronic security
- Access control, CCTV operations, fire alarm systems etc. meet the parameters defined by Corporate security.
- Detail and define any circle specific security systems required to deliver in a political environment.
- Conducting fire drills, risk audits for all properties in the circle portfolio and on agreement with Property Head implement changes.
- Train the security personnel to deliver on expectations.
- Budgetary and financial controls in security related areas
