Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to create and manage long term business partnerships with existing and new partners by creating differentiated value offerings in form of solution / product proposition & building internal efficiency (Operations or cost).
Work collaboratively with the commercial, product, segment & internal teams to create partnerships in areas of strategic importance where the capital cost of entry is prohibitive, skills and capability is lacking or bespoke industry vertical or capability is required).
The existing partnerships that work with Strategy, Consumer and Technology will not be led through this role although support may be provided as and when required.

- Delivering incremental revenue profit and cash from the partnerships
- Partnership & Governance Model
P&A guidelines (Partner identification, acquisition till onboarding)
- Build & Drive Partnership Review Board
- To drive Sell, build & Run model.
- Partner On boarding
- Gating process
- NDA
- MoU for Business requirement (internal / External)
- Build & Manage Partner- Market Place
- Partner Life Cycle Management
- Support partner on day to day/project basis and creating new use cases
- Milestone review with Partner (Rev commitment / Operations etc.,)
- Feed Back based Ranking
- Monitor & Regularize Pay out
- Partnership Program
- Nurture & Grow Partnerships & Alliances
- Award and reward program
- Partner meet
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
- Successful track record of creating and building partnerships in the telecommunications/ IT /CLOUD/ Technology eco system.
- Strong product management knowledge and portfolio management
- Business case and P&L capability
- Ability to work closely with sales, segments, commercial and consumer functions to drive outcomes
- Track record of understanding the future market place and forging win win partnerships that allow first mover advantage
Must have technical / professional qualifications
- Degree/ Post Graduate Degree Business or equivalent.
