- Responsible to manage and maintain Network configuration Changes on Packet Core Platform for PAN India under ITIL framework with 100% compliance of ISO20k/27k .Develop and implement end to end Configuration and change management processes to ensure smooth functioning of CHM Vertical. - Roll-Out of Change Management process across Domains and Circles for network elements, Accept/Reject/ Review the Major/Critical Changes in network ensuring records of Changes as per CR lifecycle and business requirement problems on the network and customer business caused by Changes done. - Responsible for standardization of processes, procedures and tools across CHM domains & with circles, various OEM/MS partners, corporate teams to ensure seamless customer experience, bring in synergy and drive cost leadership in CHM domain - Integration of new services, nodes as per agreed project time plan Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience - Minimum 6-9 years of working experience in Telecom Industry with experience in NOC and should have minimum 3 years excellent knowledge of Packet core - Knowledge of Packet core 2G,3G & 4G (VOLTE) technologies - Worked in Packet core Cisco SPGW, GGSN, PCRF, CGF, Gn/GP/GiDNS etc. - Excellent troubleshooting & trace analysis skills of network interface S5-58,S11, Gn,Gx,Gy,Rx etc. - Experienced in Management & defining operational KPIs, TAT etc. - Good configuration & inter-department communication skills Key Performance Indicators - Rollout the Change management process of packet core with agreed FTR and SLA 1. Success (FTR) = 99.90 % 2. SLA Target = 99.40 % 3. Urgent CR &lt;= 10% 4. NSA to SA = ZERO - Ensure latest & uniform S/W version and update Timely execution of CM tasks & People engagement - Masters/Bachelors in Engg (E&TC Preferred) - 2G/3G/4G technology, Packet core (SGSN, MME, GGSN, SGW, PGW, Virtual GW, Cloud, Router, FW etc )
