- Quality & Timely Reporting of financial results: Group Reporting, IND-AS & IFRS

- Ensure timely and accurately month-end closing as per Calendar.

- Ensure month end provisions both revenue and expenses booked accurately for correct financial reporting.

- Driving Channel Partner satisfaction through timely & accurate Payouts & distributor billing

- Ensuring end to end collection accounting of postpaid & prepaid.

- Ensuring various compliance at retail stores including audit and closure of open audit issues.

- Integration of various IT systems especially in merged Co. for faster & accurate billing process to improve speed to market.

- Ensure timely submissions of Corporate Reporting and MIS requirement with proper controls and review.

- Accuracy of Commission, Balance Sheet Recon etc

- Supporting with right inputs & analysis for driving cost efficiency in Sales and Commission accounting

- Rigorous control over Balance Sheet governance

- Developing motivated workforce & take care of team's Training needs to cope with changing environment
