Job Purpose :

To manage and drive sales through distribution in order to attain market leadership in the given territory, through growth in net sales and revenues.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities :

- Achievement of key targets in the distribution network (Sales, Revenue) in the Territory and Quality Acquisitions.

- Achievement of distribution expansion foot print targets.

- Execution of distribution strategies and plans.

- Tracking outlet wise performance & leading counter share.

- Benchmarking competition and ensure mark to market performance.

- Regular market working as per norms. Governance of teams and distributors.

- Operation efficiencies, Development, Coaching & Retention of team members

- Cross functional interaction for operational efficiencies

- Demonstrate organisation Way of working as per the norms defined from time to time.
