Role - Pricing Manager - Large Deals
Location - Corporate- Mumbai
Job Purpose
- End to end ownership of deals and providing pricing support to segment sales team enabling profitable wins of large and complex deals
- Coordinate and align stakeholders in case of strategic approvals and escalations
- Ensure speedy approvals adhering to the commercial DOA and guidelines
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
Strategic Planning
- Executing the overall pricing strategy and defined policies for all products aligned to it
- Work closely with sales and segment teams and share regular win/loss analysis
Revenue Management
- Provide pricing support in line with commercial policy to achieve overall revenue objective
- Take informed decisions and win profitably in the market
- End to end ownership of large deals, bids and complex deals
Product Management
- Liaison with product, finance and solution teams to offer winning profitable price
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and create innovative commercial decision models which assesses risk, enables decision making and automates governance
Customer Management
- Follow the Price books, guidance & commercial DOAs and support with speedy approval
- Engage with customer facing teams, hand hold and support cross functional teams as required
People Management
- Work closely with cross functional teams like finance, product, solutions for case approvals
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
- Understanding of Enterprise buying behaviours and process
- Business Planning and Financial modelling skills
- Structured approach to decision making and ability to take calculated risks for large and complex deals
- Strong systems and process orientation
- At least 9 years of experience, of which minimum 2 years in corporate role or consulting role
Must have technical / professional qualifications
- Degree in financial discipline preferred
- MBA in Marketing/Finance (preferred but not required)
