To execute and monitor the Digital media plans of VIL with special emphasis on performance plans that will deliver the online sales plans of VIL
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities :
- Develop the brand's digital media plans with special emphasis on performance marketing - across various platforms to deliver marketing and campaign objectives
- Accountable for performance marketing media planning and delivery. Collaborate with Marketing performance team to deliver the performance media plans.
- Utilizing a range of techniques including Display, Social, paid search, affiliates, OTT, Platforms, SEO etc for performance marketing.
- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in performance
- Ensuring effective planning through regular analytics of campaigns - both internal and competitive
- Collaborate with media partners and agencies to explore new opportunities and deliver efficient campaigns.
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience :

- Process orientation
- Experience of 6+ years in total of which 2-3 in a similar role.
- Excellent Analytical abilities
- Some Experience in Digital media planning and media buying in an agency/ consumer product organization or telecom
Must have technical / professional qualifications
MBA from Tier 1 A and 1 B colleges
