Role purpose:
The purpose of the position is overall operations & productions management for all digital assets for Vodafone India with the ambition to be best-in-class.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership [max 5]:
- Develop deep understanding of customer needs/insights for the development of Digital Assets User experience, products and services
- Own the web/mobi/app/SSK digital design activities and be obsessed with improving the user experience
Operations:
- Drive continuous improvement of our digital experience based on deep analytics and insights on a daily basis
- Management of a robust and updated product catalogue and always up-to-date content.
- Ensure that the site performance is as per quality benchmarks along with IT.
.Production:
- Develops the Production Roadmap, feature prioritisation & release plan for Digital Assets with key inter and cross function stakeholders incl revamp of the Assets
- Develops business models for investment assessment
- Ensures that appropriate commercial overviews, business models and processes are in place for any product and user experience investment
- Set up and manage a rigid Governance framework for customer experience and the delivery of the production roadmap
- Guide technology through the implementation of the Digital roadmap & build robust governance around the release plan
Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:
- Excellent understanding of the Online/Digital marketplace: trend awareness; industry best practices; competitor analysis.
- Strong customer orientation and obsession with consumer/user journeys
- Goal focused and energetic in delivery with tracked record in strong execution
- Capable of working in a complex organisation and able to build strong relationships and credibility with multiple levels both internally and externally.
- Ability to align teams cross-market / function/agency partners/IT vendors without necessarily having direct management control
- Attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management, both within and outside the organisation.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years relevant experience essential in Online/Digital.
- Management of large scale Online capability, including end-to-end Digital Assets management
- Experience of implementing and leading a customer driven product and service roadmap and projects in a large organisation.
- Ability to join the dots - user feedback, analytics feedback, usability research to then make continuous improvement to the user journeys
- Obsessed about having the best-in-class Digital site and App
- Minimum of 5 years Leadership/Management/Supervisory experience (essential)
