Role Purpose:
- Performs essential functions like responsibility of overall administration including creation of Hygienic Working conditions, control on administrative expenses, developing healthy relations with government agencies and meeting all stationary requirements.
- The job role also requires effective coordination with various external agencies like security agencies, medical agencies, legal agencies, police & vendors and internally with HR department, Sales, Customer Care etc. to ensure smooth running of organization.
- The job role demands excellent knowledge of all relevant labor laws and different HR functions like performance appraisals, exit process etc.
Essence of Role : Key Accountabilities:
- Ensures proper statutory compliance by all contractors.
- Renews and obtains Stores and Establishments license for all branches across region before the due date.
- Reconfiguration of existing space
- Provide office space / Data Centre / Switch Centre
- Company Provided Accommodation
- Company Vehicle
- Relocation / Transfers
- Ensures Hygienic Working conditions.
- Preventive Maintenance of M & E
- Energy Conservation
- Stationery and Printing
- Consumables and Desktop equipment (Save IT Equipment)
- Other hardware – Audio visual equipment for conferences
Personal Specifications:
- Graduation.
- Minimum 7-9 years of work experience.
- Excellent networking skills.
- Good coordination skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take initiatives and develop people.
- Leadership skills.

- The CTC for this profile is upto Rs.10Lac p.a.
