Role purpose :
Drive Revenue and control Churn for the designated Clusters of the respective Circle. Liaise with campaign manager to execute campaigns for these clusters / segments and deliver maximum conversions, incremental revenue and ROI through the campaigns. Formulate and analyse the impact of all the Segmented offers to subs via different channels.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
- Develop a clear understanding of Micro- segmentation and its role in CVM
- Manage Churn and Revenue for assigned Cluster/s
- Maximum and effective Utilisation of Campaign Platforms
- Processes & Practices
- Reporting and Monitoring of Campaigns
Core competencies, knowledge and experience :
- Should have good knowledge of business and relevant experience of working in the market - preferably in Telecom
- Customer obsessed with an eye for detail as he or she is a custodian of all BTL communication to customer
- Good knowledge about platforms and relevant technical systems and processes; Team player
- Exceptional analytical skills and understanding of consumer behaviour and relevant motivations for the customers
Must have technical / professional qualifications :
- Post Graduate with 4 to 6 years of experience
- Prior Revenue Management experience
- Process Oriented with good analytical ability
- Ability to coordinate across departments including technical teams
- Good understanding of systems & technology with good communication and presentation skills
