Vmware Virtualization Architect - IT

JD:

- 8 to 10 years of experience as VMware administration with DC Migration Experience. - Mandatory

- Hands on Experience - Install, Configure and Manage VMware DC Virtualization products in Clustered Environment - Mandatory

- Hands on Experience with Data Centre Migration, Installation, Upgrades and Patching - Mandatory

- Experience in P2V, V2V MIGRATION using VMware Converter and 3rd party tools like Plate Spin, Double-Take, etc. - Mandatory

- Designing and implementing high availability, Disaster recovery Solutions.- Mandatory

- Experience with Tier I SAN storage provisioning storage groups and LUNs Skills and Abilities

- Knowledge of operating systems - (Windows 2008/2012), Linx,AIX will be advantage

- Ability to write technical and operational management documentation (system design documents and operational runbooks).

- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, in order to discuss/document technical information.

- Ability to execute assignments within established timeframes and quality standards, while responding to immediate needs

- Ability to create and maintain positive and professional business relationships with both internal associates and external customers

- Provide 24x7 support.
