Associate Equity Analyst - Buy Side

- We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Analyst in Equity Research to join our team at our group company Kapco Enterprises.

- This role is ideal for someone passionate about the financial markets and eager to contribute to our investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of companies within the Indian equity market, focusing on both qualitative and quantitative aspects.

- Assist in the preparation of detailed reports on investment opportunities, including financial modeling, valuation, and industry analysis.

- Monitor and track the performance of existing investments, providing regular updates and recommendations.

- Collaborate with the Senior Equity Research Analyst to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities.

- Participate in the development of investment strategies, helping to enhance the company's portfolio performance.

- Stay updated with market trends, economic news, and relevant industry developments to provide timely and insightful analysis.

- Prepare and present research findings to the senior management team, supporting investment decisions.

- Maintain and update financial databases, ensuring accuracy and relevance of data.

Qualifications :

- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

- 2-5 years of experience in equity research, financial analysis, or a related role.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- High level of proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Knowledge of the Indian equity market is highly desirable.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- CFA Level I or above is a plus.
