Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement and administer HR programs and policies to achieve strategic business objectives
- Implementation and management of efficient systems related to performance appraisal, compensation/salary review and personnel development
- Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, skills assessment and organizational development (structure and process) etc.
- Drive Employee Welfare activities such as Rewards & Recognition and implement innovative cultural initiatives to improve employee engagement
- Support the management on internal and external recruitment and selection processes including recruitment requests, liaising with external agencies, advertising, selection, appointment, co-ordination and induction of new hires
- Act as trusted people champion and partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential
- Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
- Monitor attrition/absence including the identification of trends and plans to mitigate and address
Requirements :
- Excellent academic background with MBA in Human Resources from a Top/ Tier 1 B School
- Atleast 5 years of experience in a HR role post MBA
- Well informed of developments within the HR profession to support the wider HR function
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and inter-personal skills
- Individual with high energy level, high level of initiatives, consistent and high performer
- Sound knowledge of HR Policies & Practices
- Experience in employee relations
- Excellent business proficiency in English
