About This PositionWe are looking for a result-driven, Manager - Strategic Initiatives to join our fantastic team and craft strategies, drive research initiatives, and deliver tangible results. With strong project management skills, analytical thinking, persuasive communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office, this role will involve strategic thinking and research to drive innovation and achieve organizational objectives.
What will you deliver?- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities
- Evaluate potential strategic partnerships and alliances to expand VMock's market reach and capabilities
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, including senior leadership in Product, Tech, Business, Design and Analytics to drive alignment and execution of projects
- Develop business cases, financial models, go-to-market strategies and execution plans for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive cross-functional projects, including product, client-success, and leadership on go-to-market strategies
- To inform strategic planning and decision-making, stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive developments
- Work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other teams to ensure successful execution of functional initiatives, from concept to launch
- Create compelling, and effective communications for board meetings, strategy reviews, All Hands meetings, etc
What should you have?- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; and MBA from Top Tier School of India or abroad
- 2-4 years of Management Consulting experience (preferred) or P&L/Strategy/Chief of Staff roles in startups/tech companies
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal; Ability to conceptualise and craft CXO-level presentations
- Strong sense of personal initiative, a flair for creative thinking, and driving change with measurable outcomes
- Prior experience working directly with CEOs/CXOs
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
