Responsibilities:
1. Drive high-impact content development and distribution initiatives to achieve business objectives
2. Conceptualise, develop and execute social media strategy across all channels such as social media networks, email, PPC/ SEM, content marketing/ outreach and public relations
3. Build social media channels to maximize the interactions and engage communication efficiency with target audience
4. Ability to analyze data quantitatively and use customer research, data and metrics to back up assumptions, identify opportunities, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
5. Integrate and support affiliate marketing, email, and blog marketing into the website to support specific marketing campaigns
6. Initiate accurate, timely content on external social media platforms-
7. Develop an engagement process to meet the target users proactively, in a friendly and supportive manner
8. Leverage understanding of the digital space and how it impacts consumer behavior, traditional marketing, and current offerings
Requirements:
1. Experience in digital marketing space- creating and managing content marketing strategies, including the ability to orchestrate every detail and then measure results.
2. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
3. Postgraduates from Tier-1 B-schools with strong academic background.
4. 1-2 years of experience at reputed start-ups or MNCs in marketing background.
5. Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices
6. Basic knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., SEO, social media, and Google Analytics)
7. Previous experience in a similar marketing role preferred-
8. Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Access
