Responsibilities:

1- Focus on building state of the art, scalable, and self-learning systems for information extraction from documents

2- Optimize and develop advanced algorithms to solve complex problems

3- Dig into large data sets using data mining techniques such as hypothesis testing, machine learning, and retrieval processes etc.

4- Build both supervised and semi-supervised models within both unstructured and semi-structured environments

5- Synthesize diverse, complex information and develop innovative analytic frameworks

6- Understand existing complex Java algorithms and optimize them to achieve better accuracy

7- Enjoy being challenged to solve complex problems on a daily basis

8- Link and mash up distinctive data sets to discover new insights and communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear and precise manner

9- Interaction with external or internal stakeholders to directly understand the business problem, help and aid in the implementation of ML algorithms to solve problems

Requirements:

1- Bachelor's or advanced degree in an analytical or scientific field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science

2- 2+ years of strong experience in data analytics and machine learning

3- Hands-on experience with any statistical software such as R, Python, MATLAB, SPSS or SAS

4- Hands on experience with A/B Testing with complex and unstructured data-sets

5- Experience in predictive modeling and analysis with strong problem-solving ability

6- Good understanding of current software and analytics systems being used in large enterprises

7- Good understanding of design and architecture principles

8- Excellent written and oral communication skills, judgment and decision making skills, and the ability to work under continual deadline pressure
