- Assists sales, marketing and accounting team in supporting processes for contract management - Ensuring that customer contracts are completed on time and are in accordance with the terms and conditions, service levels, and pricing per VMock's guidelines - Supporting the CEO and senior executives in preparing and negotiating contracts, interpreting the contract language, reviewing customer contracts of business requirements - Ensuring that revenue recognition is of primary consideration when balancing business issues with customers acquisition - Ensuring the timely reporting of contract statuses to the relevant stakeholders Major Responsibilities - Contract review and control - provide oversight and review for all of the VMock contracts - Maintains the repository of software contracts - Provide primary support for contract administration including reporting of contract status and amendments and contract dispute resolution - Process contract transactions across all channels and ensure accuracy of calculations and payments within contractual terms and conditions - Evaluate and monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and determine the action to rectify contract noncompliance - Interface with other functional groups to ensure consistency and integrity in contract processing Required Skills - 2-5 years of experience in managing contracts - Advanced knowledge of technology systems including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat - Strong written and oral communication skills Additional Skills - Legal background - Familiarity with US and European laws or/and any prior experience would be a huge plus - Experience with software or technical contracts
