Responsibilities: Work closely with the client relations team to manage all communication with partner institutions globally (primarily US and Europe markets)
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to our clients; collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues/ concerns and ensure timely responses
Understanding our strategic position and product offerings to proactively assist in the product delivery process
Delivering product specific training sessions via webinars
Maintain accurate client database for management reporting, analysis and account planning
Requirements: UG with 2+ years of client facing experience Fresh MBA graduate from a premium business school
Thrives in a customer focussed environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Extremely thorough and detail oriented Self motivated and team player who can thrive in a fast paced environment
