Senior PR Account Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated communications professional with around 6/8 years of experience, who is excited about working in a startup and working with start up clients. We have a solid portfolio of start up clients and are looking for someone with strong media relations and excellent content skills. But above all, we are looking for a team player who we are extremely passionate about their work. The person will also be expected to work across multiple functions and assist in growing the business with us, with as much passion as the founders of the company have. We can promise it will be an exciting career path for any individual who enjoys creating innovative communications campaigns and is adept at implementing them successfully.

As such some of the skills we will look for in this person are :

- Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies

- Liaising with colleagues and key spokespeople;

- Liaising with the media and the blogger community and building and managing relationships with both the communities actively

- Research and strong content skills

- Collating and analyzing media coverage;

- Actively participating in Business development

- Being able to Organise events including press conferences, media roundtables, briefings and press tours; (similarly for the blogger community as well)

- Managing the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation
