Looking for a founding team member to join us in taking Vital to millions of customers.
Responsibilities:
- responsible for the distribution and sales of Vital health plans through channel partners
- identify, onboard, and nurture the relevant partners from Loan DSAs, Financial Advisors, Fintechs to Healthcare Companies, etc.
- develop a high-performance team of sales managers to sign up new partners
- build and manage a team of key account managers, sales ops, and callers for supporting each partner post onboarding
- set monthly, quarterly and annual targets for each channel and push the team and partners to achieve numbers
Requirements:
- at least 10+ years of experience in setting and managing distribution channels for insurance products
- must-have set up and managed a fairly large team of sales managers, account managers, sales ops and tele-callers
- should have demonstrated success by scaling a business from 0 to 1
- deep understanding of what channels, partners, and alliances work for the sale of insurance products
- already have connects with some of the partners and quickly develop relationships with new ones
- go-getter attitude with an aggressive sales mentality
- MBA preferred
