Job Description :

Position & Location : Sales Executive - Delhi

Reports to : Sales Manager

Why position exist :

To plan and manage sales activities in Delhi to exceed the assigned revenue targets.

Responsibilities :

Exceed Sales Targets :

- Develop and execute Sales and Marketing plans.

- Manage and cultivate the strong working relationship with travel trade and corporates.

- Diversify and grow new business segments.

Grow Corporate Sales and Frequent Flyer base :

- Develop and execute plans to grow our frequent flyer base

- Build and sustain a large portfolio of productive Corporate accounts.

Others :

- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports.

Key Result Areas :

- Revenue achievement

- Yield optimization

- Frequent flyer base

- Corporate penetration

Capabilities and competencies :

- Strong IT skills covering MS Office systems, sales systems, and website management

- Communication - verbal, written and presentation skills

- Networking - Facilitation & cross functional group moderation

- Mediation & Negotiation

- Strong leadership and management skills.

- Strategic and analytical thinker

Experience :

- Good understanding of the corporate and high-end leisure market in S.I

- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualification :

Graduate/ Post graduate / MBA degree from a recognized university.
