Job Responsibilities :

- Handling large P&L accounts, developing and managing relationships with potential clients, influencers, and key stakeholders.

- Planning & strategizing, identify Gaps, and provide solutions, managing escalations & Be responsible for Client relationships and meeting client expectations.

- Plan, organize, and review teams on performance, improvement areas, targets & challenges, on a weekly basis.

- Responsible for getting new business with existing relationships as well as penetrating the existing accounts and adding new LOB.

- Building and maintaining relationships with new and old customers on a continual basis through a high volume business.

- Arrange / Prepare proposals and contracts for clients; effectively represent the company at various professional forums / Levels.

- Monitoring competitors and reviewing our offerings in light of competitors' developments.

- Responsible for business development by identifying new sales opportunities and sell services to new clients.
 
Key Requirement :

- Well-networked in the defined sectors and should have a successful track record of delivery.

- Aggressive, dynamic, result-oriented, good account management aptitude, strong communication skills, and interpersonal skills.

- Leadership qualities to manage a team of Delivery Managers, Account Managers & Business Development Managers

- Excellent analytical, excel, and presentation skills.

- Flexible in role definitions/responsibilities and willing to go the extra mile as needed to produce effective results as expected from this role.
