- This is an Individual Contributor position, responsible for managing and the growing the organizations BFSI business.
- The role will work closely with Visionets Senior Leadership team and shall be a part of the Organizations Emerging Leadership Program and shall be on fast track to assume a Sales Leadership Position within six months. He/she will take a lead role in driving revenue growth through direct acquisition of new customers for the US region.
- This is a role for an ambitious and intelligent individual who delights in their own and their teams success and has a desire to ultimately forge their own career as a business leader.

Reports To : SVP Sales
Key Responsibilities :
- Own sales targets and client relationships as assigned to the individual periodically.
- Lead strategies in B2B sales and contribute to the organizations revenue goals.
- Generate leads, identify opportunities and develop pipeline through a combination of networking, cold calling, opportunity pursuit, market knowledge/intelligence, market development campaigns etc.,
- Responsible for management of the complete sales process - including business development, opportunity qualification, and preparation of bid/no bid recommendations and pursuit of the end to end sales cycle to close deals.
