Job Description

- Experience in delivering process automation projects in the capacity of a technical leader.

- Hands-on experience on UiPath, Automation Anywhere or any other well-known RPA software.

- Hands-on experience in .net, SQL Server and associated technologies.

- Expertise in SOAP, REST, SOA AJAX, JSON, XML, C#, Asp.net, Web forms, MVC, HTML, CSS, IIS, SQL Server, PowerShell, Web Services/WCF related technologies

- In-depth knowledge of achieving highly scalable solutions, command of web standards, cross-browser compatibility, web performance and optimization techniques

- Strong experience working with n-tier architectures (User Interface, Business logic layer, Data access layer)

- Well versed with various design patterns and security, must have demonstrated experience with large-scale transactional systems, development of highly scalable solutions and optimizing the implementation.

- Demonstrated team-lead experience: managing the work products of others, creating estimates/WBS, ensuring quality, global delivery interaction and coordination.

- Solid coding skills with ability to drive teams through massive refactoring exercise and improve coding standards across large code bases.

- Hands on experience writing stored procedures

- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills

- Self-driven and passionate individual to build and grow the offshore software delivery practice

- Cloud Solutioning and deployments AWS/Azure
