Visionet Systems - Program Manager - Presales/Solution Design

- Head of delivery for Visionet India application development and maintenance business cutting across various technologies such as e-Commerce, ERP, BI & Reporting, .Net/Java development projects etc.

- Manage P&L and gross margins for VSPL India Software Unit.

- Manage CXO / VP level client relationships.

- Participate in pre-sales effort for the leads generated by sales team.

- Implement strong software delivery process (agile) and dashboards with leading indicators of brewing trouble. Keep the customer escalations down to zero.

- Connect with onsite leads/engagement managers on a regular basis. Proactively identify any issues with delivery or teams. Also, coach engagement managers where they need to change without having direct reporting authority over them.

- Hire and build the right team, and set career path for them. Get the right mix of senior and junior talent.

Qualifications :

- 18+ years of delivery experience in software services industry.

- Managed a team of 100+ in the past.

- Should have industry connects to be able to identify and attract the right talent.

- Should have experience in pre-sales, solution designing, project sizing for fixed price and T&M projects.

- Should be familiar with agile development processes.

- Should have implemented a process change, driven through any project management tools.

- Should have experience in establishing and growing teams.

- Excellent in communication and within organization networking.
