Visionet Systems - Product Manager/Lead Business Analyst

Job Description :

- This position lies in the newly established and rapidly growing software product group of Visionet. This group is chartered with building scalable and revenue earning products in US mortgage space.

The product manager in this group will bear the responsibilities below :

Role : Product Manager / Lead Business Analyst

Office Timings : 2.30 P.M -11.30 P.M (Transport will be provided)

Office Location : Brigade Software Park (Banashankari), Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Get inputs from sales teams, SME and account managers to understand the trends and customer pain points

- Generate a list of ideas where new product can be prepared

- Co-ordinate discussion among the leadership team to shortlist 2-3 ideas

- Perform secondary research and primary (where possible) to prepare a business case for new product

- Elaborate the requirements of the approved products

- Work with development team to build the product

- Evangelize the product, provide demos, train the trainer etc. (product adoption related activities)

Requirement :

- Ability to step into the customers shoes and identify his pain points

- Ability to understand the technology capabilities and come up with a high level customer solution.

- Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to provide updates to top management

- Knowledge of mortgage domain will be a big advantage

Education and Experience :

- Bachelor's Degree required. MBA from reputed institutes will be given priority.

- 8 - 10 years of work experience in IT industry with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the role of business analyst and / or product manager.
