Job Purpose :
- The position is required to design and implement strategies, objectives, policies and programs encompassing all aspects of HR and to ensure effective implementation of Employee Relations strategy in the factory.
- Develop and deploy interventions for increasing people productivity, achieve his/her efficiency, quality & cost consciousness and build harmonious industrial relations to support the accomplishments of Business Objectives.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities :
- Acts as the primary HR advisor and coach to managers in people management & HR practices
- Analyzes trends in people data to determine appropriate actions; presents data and recommendations and effectively influences senior leadership to action
- Manages the campus hiring program and build university relations in line with the groups requirements
- Identifies potential compliance exposure and make appropriate resolution recommendations
- Suggests process improvements and seeks opportunities for innovation
- Connects with employees through 1:1s / focus groups
- Is the single face of HR to the line communication of processes / policies to employees, brown bag sessions etc
- Collaborates with other HR Specialist Teams, such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits etc., to drive a variety of HR initiatives and special projects
- Has experience in managing the employee life cycle activities, and demonstrates an ability and willingness to play an active role in ensuring a great employee customer experience.
- Deploy and facilitate HR programs on performance management, engagement surveys, recognition programs etc.
Qualifications and Requirements :
- Master's Degree in Human Resources or Business discipline from a reputed institute
- At least 8 years of Human Resources work experience ( Post MBA) with proven high performing track record
- Strong desire to work and deliver results in a fast-moving, dynamic, global team-oriented environment
- Ability to influence, motivate and lead others effectively
- Excellent hold over MS excel, PowerPoint and other office tools
- Diplomacy, Maturity and the ability to quickly establish a high level of trust
- Proactively puts forth ideas and challenges in a thorough data-driven and fearless manner to management at all levels
- Builds relationships and uses nonstandard approaches to resolving issue
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Timing : 12PM-9PM
