Director - Client Success
- The role will be a key member of our Sales Team. This is an Individual Contributor position, responsible for managing and the growing the organizations BFSI Digital and Mortgage businesses. This is a role for an ambitious and intelligent individual who delights in their own and their team's success and has a desire to ultimately forge their own career as a business leader.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Generate leads, identify opportunities and develop pipeline through a combination of networking, cold calling, opportunity pursuit, market knowledge/intelligence, market development campaigns etc.,
- Manage complete sales process - including business development, opportunity qualification, and preparation of bid/no bid recommendations and pursuit of the end to end sales cycle to close deals.
- Work hand in hand with end customers to define their requirements and shall continue involvement to ensure successful implementation.
- Liaise with the concerned departments to help them understand client's requirements, facilitate sampling efforts and transition phase.
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market metrics.
- Keep track of market and competitor activity and provide necessary feedback and suggestions to the company's leadership team.
- Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners to develop key relationships.
Key attributes of the incumbent :
- The incumbent should be an engineering / an MBA from a top-tier institution (engineering with MBA is preferred but not mandatory).
- 5+ years experience prior to / post completion of MBA program.
- Excellent analytical, excel and presentation skills.
- Proactive and willing to learn and work at grass-root level.
- Flexible in role definitions/responsibilities and willing to go the extra mile as needed to produce effective results as expected from this role.
- Ability to focus and prioritize in a fast-growing business environment, with an instinct for revenue-generating activities.
- Strong track record of cross-functional leadership with general management capabilities.
- Analytical acumen and thought leadership, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude
- Competitive and focuses on results; works relentlessly to achieve personal and organizational goals and objectives.
