Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate leads, identify opportunities and develop pipeline through a combination of networking, cold calling, opportunity pursuit, market knowledge/intelligence, market development campaigns etc.,
- Manage complete sales process - including business development, opportunity qualification, and preparation of bid/no-bid recommendations and pursuit of the end to end sales cycle to close deals.
- Work hand in hand with end customers to define their requirements and shall continue involvement to ensure successful implementation.
- Liaise with the concerned departments to help them understand client's requirements, facilitate sampling efforts and transition phase.
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market metrics.

- Keep track of market and competitor activity and provide necessary feedback and suggestions to the company's leadership team.
- Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners to develop key relationships.
