Vishwa Samudra - Business Partner - IT Finance

We are hiring Business IT Finance Partner for our organization Vishwa Samudra Engineering at Hyderabad.

Responsibilities:

- Involved in Design and System configuration, testing in the areas of FICO in S4 Hana.

- Configuration of Finance and Controlling (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets Management)

- Test scripts and data sheets preparation for integration and unit test.

- User training and documentation

- Participation in regular meeting with people at onsite regarding status of issues.

- Maintain New Tax Codes for new tax rates

- Provide end-user support especially during Month-end close. Support end-users, including troubleshooting

- issues, performing root cause analysis, and assisting with resolving application-related problems.

- FICO Integration with PP , PM, SD & MM.

- Configured Material ledger and Parallel valuation

- Configured product costing & COPA.

- Proactively discuss critical issues with other functional consultants for timely resolution.

- Creation of Bank Master Data, Number ranges, document type and chart of accounts

- Define fiscal year variant, posting period variant and customized field status variant.

- Maintained Automatic Account Determination for MM & SD Modules.

- Worked with enhancement on Dunning letter, Payment advice and vendor invoice.

- Customized bank related accounting, bank master data, house banks and G/L accounts in different currencies for each bank account.

- Involved in cutover and Go-Live support

- Looking for candidate from Finance background with experience in SAP FICO implementation.

Experience: 10 to 20 years

Qualification: Any Graduate + MBA preferred
