Job Location: Pune, India.

What you will be doing:

- Responsible for the overall accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for both internal and external financial, tax and statutory matters of Vishay Components India Pvt Ltd and Vishay Semiconductor India Pvt Ltd.

- To manage team of Accounting, Taxation, Treasury and business analysis.

- To assist, direct and support all aspects of accounting and financial reporting.

- To initiate, install and ensure that the financial systems and procedures which will support the management in making business decisions.

- To establish and administer business controls and adequate compensating controls to minimize business risk.

- To ensure legal and statutory compliance.

- Review the budget/forecast proposals and handle submission to manage.

- Support Regional and Corporate Controlling in ensuring compliance with US.

- Handle internal and external audits.

- Represent the finance function in matters of development and implementation of transactional and reporting systems.

What you will bring along:

- Chartered Accountant certification is required.

- Company Secretary qualification is required.

- Minimum 15 years post qualification experience.

- Out of which minimum 5 years should be in a managerial position supervising a team of professionals.

- Working experience with multinational company environment.

- Solid working experience and Knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), SOX, and Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR).

- Working experience and knowledge with SAP and Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE).

- Solid working experience and Knowledge of India statutory accounting policies and tax laws.

- Willing to travel as required.
