- Responsible for OTB planning and release across categories.
- Development of season plan, range plan, assortment mix, price architecture
- Manage the seasons OTB with delivery, order cycle, evaluating order frequency, lead time and hit ratio by vendors
- Periodic sales analysis and devising the action plan for budget achievement
- Defining the stock allocation, replenishment parameters and priority matrix on the basis of market potential, customer demand and competition
- Maintain the ideal stock cover by taking timely actions to avoid stock beef up or under stocking across categories
- Planning the EOSS Mark Down to ensure the achievement of seasons sell through and budgeted margins
- Promotion planning, implementation, feedback and analysis based on market situation and stock levels
- Managed stock density at stores by analysing OTB vs. GRN, stock cover, stock ageing and sell-through
- Performed periodic vendor analysis and management by ascertaining hit rate, lead time, stock adjustment
