Vishal Mega Mart - Legal Manager - Real Estate Domain

- Drafting & Vetting of Property related agreements including Agreement to lease, MoU, LoI, lease agreements leave and license agreements, concessionaire agreements, revenue share agreements, settlement deeds etc.

- Drafting & vetting of Business Agreements including Service Agreements, Vendor Agreements, Manufacturing contracts, Agreement to Sell, NDAs, IT Agreements, SLAs, Addendums, amendments, supplementary agreements and other business related agreements.

- Negotiation with the internal customers, landlords and third parties, alongwith the Real Estate team and Merchandising team on the terms of the respective contracts.

- Detailed Due Diligence of properties through external counsels.

- Ensuring the timely registration of all property related agreements.

- Drafting and vetting of notices to landlords and vendors on breaches and compliances under the terms of the respective contracts, including notice of termination and renewals.

- Supervising the Real Estate team on the entire legal part of real estate profile.

- Maintaining a secure repository of all the contracts.

- Ensure timely renewal of all expiring contracts.
