- Education Should be NIFT.

- Vendor Management.

- Sell thru and sales analysis (store, category, sub-category & attribute level)

- Competition mapping and target customer survey

- Working closely with designer on forecast

- Finalizing option count for the season

- Range presentation with actual samples

- Approving and maintaining fit, PP, shipment samples and GPT/FPT reports

- Follow up with vendors for timely inwards

- Product knowledge training to store staff

- Review sales on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
