Viscadia - Associate Consultant - Management Consulting - Pharma Sector - IIT/DCE/NIT/BITS

Our team of experts come with many years of experience from the healthcare industry and/or the consulting space.

We seek an Associate Consultant to join our growing team in New Delhi/NCR. The Associate Consultant will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality new & on-market product planning and business development projects to clients, while working closely with senior team member(s) to build processes, practices and capabilities that can further the Viscadia offering in terms of scope and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work with Principals/Managers/Consultants to define project scope, approach and timelines

- Lead the execution of the projects by assuming ownership of communication with clients, coordinating team meetings, and laying out/overseeing/implementing the analyses

- Design and execute analyses and frameworks to drive recommendations to help clients identify and solve their key business problems more effectively

- Develop expertise across practice areas and therapeutic categories in-line with Viscadia's business focus and client base

- Contribute proactively to business development initiatives

- Assume ownership of firm-development initiatives

- Provide coaching and mentoring to Associates and help build a successful and effective team

Qualifications :

- B.Tech/B.E. from a premier engineering college with 3-5 years of combined Management Consulting experience in the pharmaceutical industry

- High motivation, strong work ethic, maturity and personal initiative

- Strong, honest oral and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences

- Close attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset

- Self-discipline for planning, organizing and executing objectives

- Aptitude for, and willingness to work in, and lead teams

- A willingness to work in a small and fast-growing organization

- Passionate about consulting, and delivering value to drive client business
