Associate Consultant - Viscadia India

- Work with Principals/Managers/Consultants to define project scope, approach and timelines

- Lead the execution of the projects by assuming ownership of communication with clients, coordinating team meetings, and laying out/overseeing/implementing the analyses

- Design and execute analyses and frameworks to drive recommendations to help clients identify and solve their key business problems more effectively

- Develop expertise across practice areas and therapeutic categories in-line with Viscadia's business focus and client base

- Contribute proactively to business development initiatives

- Assume ownership of firm-development initiatives

- Provide coaching and mentorship to Analysts/Associate Consultants and help to build a successful and effective team

- B Tech/B.E. from a premier engineering college with 4-5 years of combined Management Consulting experience in the pharmaceutical industry

- High motivation, strong work ethic, maturity and personal initiative

- Strong, honest oral and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences

- Close attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset

- Self-discipline for planning, organizing and executing objectives

- Aptitude for, and willingness to work in, and lead teams

- A willingness to work in a small and fast-growing organization

- Passionate about consulting, and delivering value to drive client business
