Delivery and PMO Operations

Experience :

- 12-15 years of Delivery and PMO operations

- Person who will be hands on with the team

- Has End to End knowledge of Project life cycle in IT services on different project types

- Excellent Communication skills

R&R :

- Provide Governance and management support to BSC function

- Ability to work with SLAs and continuously improve processes

- Manage interaction with functions like Finance/Delivery/Revenue operations/RM/HR etc-

- Has previously done Processes improvement/implementations, managed teams across locations

- Knowledge & experience on revenue computation, top-line Vs bottoms up reconciliation activities for various project types

- Has to be revenue Savvy and ability to work with Business objectives.

- Develop and maintain Executive Dashboard on PMO activities
