The Role : We are looking for a seasoned sales leader who has strong understanding of software services and extensive experience in managing banking clients and preferably Captive clients
Responsibilities :
- Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships through both virtual and in person connects on a regular cadence
- Innovate new ways of business development with the client in the account and establish strong brand presence as niche software services provider in the market
- Consult with senior management to understand their needs and technical roadmap, creating clear paths to achieve their objectives
- Accurately forecast quarterly revenue attainment
- Build long-term strategic relationships with target clients and referrals in the agreed marketspace, alliance partners, and identify new growth opportunities to establish a strong sales pipeline
Skills & Experience :
- At least 10 years of client relationship/Account management in BFSI
- Agile mindset, can-do attitude, able to navigate situations with ambiguity
- Independent and resourceful individual with out-of-box growth mindset
- Able to communicate effectively and influence key decision makers with strong credibility
- Solid understanding of the banking domain with software services knowledge
- Highly motivated, self-driven, objective, results-focused and able to multitask when necessary
