Virtuous Retail Property Services - Analyst/Associate - Business Plans

- Assist in the preparation and implementation of annual business plans of operating and development assets

- Take ownership of the financial model, updating investment returns on a quarterly basis throughout the project life cycle and reporting impact relevant stakeholders

- Prepare feasibility studies for strategic initiatives such as asset enhancements, asset repositioning, complex lease structuring, operator partnerships and management agreements

- Take ownership of various market research studies for the development, including setting objectives, scope and deliverables. Oversee the successful delivery of these studies through coordination with internal and external stakeholders

- For operating assets - assist in oversight of execution of management guided initiatives such as leasing, tenant management, marketing, events etc.

- For development assets - assist in the oversight of the development's execution through to completion, including construction progress, sales and marketing, soft launch etc.

- Work with sales and marketing team to generate target tenant & trade mix plan, income projections, leasing strategy etc.

- Participate in portfolio level strategic initiatives

- Assist the asset teams in preparing and revieing monthly asset management and development management reports

- Coordinate and collaborate across internal functional groups and external consultants in carrying out their project responsibilities, facilitating necessary calls / meetings

- Keep abreast of global trends and best practice in real estate and related areas (construction, place-marking, programming etc.), and share these findings with the wider project team
